Who is this for?

Northwest Leadership College is open to applicants 18-25 years of age. The ideal student is a self motivated individual who is eager to grow through challenge.

What is the weekly time commitment?

Northwest Leadership College is a full time internship and school program. Students will have Fridays and Saturdays off as well as some evenings, and will have time commitments every other day of the week.

Can I obtain a college degree?

Yes! Southeastern University (Lakeland, FL) partners with Life Center to host an instructional site on the church campus, and offer students accredited degree programs. See available degree programs by clicking here.

Accreditation Statement:

Southeastern University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associate, baccalaureate, masters, and doctorate degrees. Northwest Leadership College is not accredited by SACS Commission on Colleges and the accreditation of Southeastern University does not extend to or include Life Center or its students. Students must be admitted by Southeastern University and enrolled in university courses to receive the benefits of regional accreditation.

Is this just for individuals looking to pursue vocational ministry?

No! This is for anyone looking to gain a college education while receiving hands on experience and training in leadership and local church ministry. Northwest Leadership College's desire is to produce well equipped servant leaders who will have significant impact in local churches and the business marketplace. It is a holistic program designed to produce people who are capable, educated, and eager contributors to society. Are the classes taught online or in person?

Southeastern University classes will be administered via an online portal with on site facilitators available to assist students in their learning. There will be in person leadership and discipleship training consistently throughout the program as well. 

Can I work a job while attending Northwest Leadership College?

Yes. While Northwest Leadership College is a full time internship and education commitment, there are two days off a week and some evenings available for students to work part time.

Is housing a part of the program?

Currently, student housing is not a part of Northwest Leadership College.
