RETREATS

Whether it is going to Seattle with our staff for our denominational district conference or just getting away together as a group for some intentional time of community, rest, and reflection, students go on multiple trips and retreats together throughout the year. They are an indispensable part of what makes Northwest Leadership College special!

WEEKEND SERVICES

Students are called not only to serve their church community, but also to let their church serve and minister to them. We expect you to be diligent in leading yourself in your spiritual walk and attend at least one service every weekend.

In addition, many students will have practicum responsibilities during weekend services, where they can count on learning while working alongside our amazing team of staff and volunteers.

FUN DAYS

We believe you get real with the people you have fun with. The people you laugh with are the people you are safe to be vulnerable with. We take time out of our weeks to have unapologetic and intentional fun together, because fun is spiritual!

THE COLLIDE CONFERENCE

Each year, tuition covers the cost of admission for NWLC students to take part in The Collide Conference, a Jesus event for young people hosted at Life Center. All year students are serving and investing in others; the conference is a powerful time for students to pause, worship, learn, and reflect.

MISSION TRIP

The school year is culminated with a week-long mission trip to Penasco, Mexico to serve with our dear friends, Pastors Conrad and Heidi Quiros. They lead a church, a missions center, and multiple outreach ministries in the city. Serving is always such an impactful way to end our year together!

OUTREACH

We believe the fullest life is found in serving others. We believe we are called to meet people’s tangible needs in the name of Jesus here and now. Students will get hands-on experience serving those in need in our own city as we serve our community partners throughout the year.
